by Julia Paul
What if everything you’ve lived through was quietly shaping the version of you that’s finally ready to grow?
In this deeply personal and reflective debut, Julia Paul shares the five life-changing lessons that helped her move from chaos to calm, from self-doubt to self-trust. Through stories of trauma, healing, and quiet transformation, Julia writes with honesty, warmth, and strength — offering readers not advice, but connection.
Whether you’re in the thick of healing or just beginning to ask, “Is there more than this?”, this book is a reminder that you are allowed to heal, to grow, and to choose yourself.
Now available on Amazon in paperback for $17.79.
I am honoured to share that my poem, A Poem to My Inner Child, has received a mentionable honour in the upcoming anthology by David Stone, Roots Through Stone, releasing Thursday, April 23.
This anthology centres on the theme of resilience — the strength found in healing, growth, and enduring through life’s challenges. Having my work included in a collection devoted to such a powerful and meaningful theme is truly special.
I am deeply grateful to David Stone for this recognition and look forward to the release of Roots Through Stone.
